Starting the day with a positive mindset sets the tone for the rest of the day. I love to sit with one of my cute mugs before the day starts and take a minute to be still and centered and listen to what the birds have to say. I try to start every morning with hot water, lots of lemon and LOTS of cayenne. Cayenne is a miracle pepper with so many health benefits. It is excellent for metabolism and digestion, plus it gets your blood flowing (great for circulation). If you don’t like spicy you can build up to the amount you use, and just use a ton of lemon. Lemons are also so good for you. They are packed with vitamin C and are great for digestion. I especially like lemons because of their alkalizing powers and how they help restore the bodies PH. Basically this is a great little detox drink to flush out toxins and start your day off right!
